Ingredients
  

  • 450 ml Double or whipping cream (¾ pint)
  • 4 tbsp Brandy
  • 90 g Meringues (Coarsely crushed)
  • 500 g Chopped Strawberries
  • Strawberry halves (to decorate)
  • Mint leaves (to decorate)

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream with the brandy until it just holds its shape. Fold in the crushed meringues and chopped strawberries.
  • Spoon the mixture into 6 glass serving bowls, cover, and chill for about 20 minutes or until firm.
  • Add the strawberry halves and mint leaves over the desserts just before serving.
