- 450 ml Double or whipping cream (¾ pint)
- 4 tbsp Brandy
- 90 g Meringues (Coarsely crushed)
- 500 g Chopped Strawberries
- Strawberry halves (to decorate)
- Mint leaves (to decorate)
Prevent your screen from going dark whilst making this recipe
Whip the cream with the brandy until it just holds its shape. Fold in the crushed meringues and chopped strawberries.
Spoon the mixture into 6 glass serving bowls, cover, and chill for about 20 minutes or until firm.
Add the strawberry halves and mint leaves over the desserts just before serving.
