Ingredients
  

  • 450 ml Double or whipping cream (¾ pint)
  • 4 tbsp Whisky
  • 90 g Meringues (Coarsely crushed)
  • 30 g Flaked Almonds

Instructions
 

  • Whip the cream with the whisky until it just holds its shape. Fold in the crushed meringues.
  • Spoon the mixture into 6 glass serving bowls, cover, and chill for about 20 minutes or until firm.
  • Scatter the toasted flaked almond over the desserts just before serving.
