- 450 ml Double or whipping cream (¾ pint)
- 4 tbsp Whisky
- 90 g Meringues (Coarsely crushed)
- 30 g Flaked Almonds
Prevent your screen from going dark whilst making this recipe
Whip the cream with the whisky until it just holds its shape. Fold in the crushed meringues.
Spoon the mixture into 6 glass serving bowls, cover, and chill for about 20 minutes or until firm.
Scatter the toasted flaked almond over the desserts just before serving.
