- 3 lrg Sweet potatoes (Peeled and cubed)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- ½ tsp Ground Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Chilli Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Cumin
- ½ tsp Garlic Granules (or powder)
Prevent your screen from going dark whilst making this recipe
Preheat the oven to 220°c/200°c fan/425 f/Gas 7.
In a large bowl, add the prepared sweet potatoes and add all the seasoning. Mix well so all the potatoes are covered.
Lay out your sweet potatoes on a large baking tray making sure they are not overlapping. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes, flipping half way.
