Ingredients
  

  • 2 Shallots (Finely Chopped)
  • 300ml Chicken Stock
  • 2 Oranges (Juiced and the zest of 1 orange)
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put the shallots, chicken stock and juice of oranges in a saucepan, and bring to the boil.
  • Simmer until reduced by half, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Push through a sieve, add the zest of orange and reheat gently. Serve hot.
