- 250 g Tinned Mackerel in oil (Drained)
- 125 g Butter (softened)
- 125 g Low-fat Soft Cheese
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Black Pepper
Prevent your screen from going dark whilst making this recipe
Puree the mackerel, butter, soft cheese, and lemon juice in a food processor until almost smooth. Add pepper and more lemon juice to taste.
Divide the mixture between 8 small ramekins or larger bowls and level the surface. Cover and chill in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve chilled, garnished with lemon.
