Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Tinned Mackerel in oil (Drained)
  • 125 g Butter (softened)
  • 125 g Low-fat Soft Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Puree the mackerel, butter, soft cheese, and lemon juice in a food processor until almost smooth. Add pepper and more lemon juice to taste.
  • Divide the mixture between 8 small ramekins or larger bowls and level the surface. Cover and chill in the refridgerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with lemon.
