Easy Cucumber Sandwiches With Cream Cheese

Cucumber sandwiches with cream cheese on white or brown bread are simple but tasty for afternoon tea breaks.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cucumber (Thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 30 g Butter (or margarine)
  • Salt and Pepper (to season)
  • 4 Slices of Bread (Brown or white)

Instructions
 

  • Butter one slice of bread and spread cream cheese on the other slice.
  • Slice the cucumber and apply a single layer on top of the cream cheese covering the whole slice of bread. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Sandwich together with the buttered sliced and slightly press together. Cut into triangles starting at the corner of the sandwich. Repeat with the other slices and serve.
