- 250 g Blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
- 300 ml Water
- 250 g Caster Sugar
- 1 tbsp Port
Prevent your screen from going dark whilst making this recipe
Put the blackcurrants and water in a saucepan, and bring to the boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until tender.
Add the sugar and port and cook gently until the sugar has dissolved. Serve hot or cold.
