Preheat the oven to 180°c Fan/200°c. Peel, core and roughly chop the apples and pears and place them in a bowl. Add the flour and mix through. Transfer the fruit to the oven-proof dishes and top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
In a bowl, add the flour and oats. Rub in the butter so you have medium size chunks. Mix in the sugar and mixed spice. Sprinkle over the fruit without pressing down. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
