Line a baking tray or brownie tin with baking paper. Melt the butter, Biscoff spread, dark and milk chocolate in a pan or microwave. Leave to cool.
150 g Biscoff Spread, 200 g Milk Chocolate, 100 g Dark Chocolate, 50 g Unsalted Butter
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave (20 second intervals).
100 g White Chocolate
Break up the biscuits into small pieces. Add the biscuits and marshmallows to the biscoff mixture. Mix until everything is thoroughly coated. Transfer to the tin and spread out evenly.
250 g Biscoff Biscuits, 150 g Mini Marshmallows
Top with the melted white chocolate and leave to set for 2 hours then cut into pieces before serving.
