Add the marinade to the turkey pieces, mix thoroughly and set aside.
1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Ground Ginger, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Black Pepper
Chop the veg and set aside. In a small bowl add all the chow mein sauce ingredients and mix together. Set aside.
1 Sweet Red Pepper, 6 Spring Onions, 4 Cloves of Garlic, ½ Broccoli, 4 tbsp Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Vinegar, 2 tbsp Brown Sugar, 2 tbsp Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Salt
Cook the noodles per packet instructions and set aside.
250 g Egg Noodles
Heat the pan/wok with the vegetable oil on medium to high heat and fry the spring onions and garlic for 1 minute and then add the broccoli, and red pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the turkey and cook until heated through.
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, 2 cups Leftover Turkey
Add the noodles and the chow mein sauce. Mix thoroughly and continue to cook until heated through and hot. Serve immediately.
