- 1 small Tinned Pilchards in Tomato Sauce
- 1 Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Pickled Gherkins
- 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper (to season)
Open the tinned pilchards with tomato sauce and place them in a bowl.
Finely chop 1 spring onion and 2 pickled gherkins and add them to the bowl.
Add 1 - 2 tbsp of mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well with a fork or spoon until the pilchards are well coated
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix again until everything is well combined.
