Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Tinned Pilchards in Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Spring Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Pickled Gherkins
  • 1-2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt and Pepper (to season)

Instructions
 

  • Open the tinned pilchards with tomato sauce and place them in a bowl.
  • Finely chop 1 spring onion and 2 pickled gherkins and add them to the bowl.
  • Add 1 - 2 tbsp of mayonnaise to the bowl and mix well with a fork or spoon until the pilchards are well coated
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix again until everything is well combined.
