Ingredients
  

  • 4 Chicken Breasts (Sliced in half lengths way but not right through)
  • 50 g Rocket
  • 100 g Cheese (Grated)
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Open up the sliced chicken breasts and rub on or spray some olive oil and the same on the other side. Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Add the grated cheese and rocket, and fold the chicken over. Place them in the air fryer and set the temperature to 180°c, and cook for 20 minutes. They should be golden and cooked through, if not put them back in for a further 2 - 5 minutes.
  • Serve with a quinoa salad or a side of choice.
