Heat the oil on a pan on medium heat and add the onions. Fry until soft, then add the spices and fry for 1 minute. Add the pepper and stir through. If it's a bit dry, add a splash of water.
Add the turkey, tomatoes, peas and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on its own or with rice.
