Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Red Peppers
  • 100 g Peas
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 500 g Turkey (or whatever you have leftover)
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 3 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 tsp Tumeric
  • 400 g Tinned Tomatoes
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk (or cream)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil on a pan on medium heat and add the onions. Fry until soft, then add the spices and fry for 1 minute. Add the pepper and stir through. If it's a bit dry, add a splash of water.

  • Add the turkey, tomatoes, peas and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on its own or with rice.
