Super Tasty Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 60 g Butter
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 750 g Potatoes (Cut into small chunks)
  • 300 ml Beef Stock
  • 325 g Corned Beef (Cut into chunks)
  • 3 Carrots (Chopped into tiny chunks)
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter in a large frying pan, add the onion and cook gently for a few minutes until softened.
  • Add the potatoes and stir to coat in the butter. Pour in the stock, carrots and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 20 minutes until the potatoes are cooked and the stock absorbed.
  • Stir in the corned beef and heat through.
