Ingredients
  

  • 250 g Greek Yoghurt (Full fat)
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
  • Salt
  • 3 Mint Leaves (Finely Chopped)
  • ½ Cucumber (Chopped into cubes)

Instructions
 

  • Add the yoghurt to a bowl or a Kilner jar. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Taste it to see if there is enough salt to your liking then seal and for best results refridgerate overnight.
