Cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Pre-heat the oven to 180°c.
Add some oil to a frying pan and turn to medium heat. Fry the cumin seeds for a minute then add the onions and fry until soft, then add the chopped bacon. Fry for 2 -3 minutes. Add the chopped broccoli and red pepper and stir. Add the garlic, creme fraiche and cream cheese. Mix thoroughly. If it feels a bit thick, add some boiled water to loosen the texture. Add the boullion powder and black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes or until the pasta is about cooked.
Add the pasta to the creamy veg and mix through, then transfer to an oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
