Chow Mein Sauce
2tbspOyster Sauce
2tbspSoy Sauce(or Tamari)

1tbspSugar(Brown)

Instructions
Cook the noodles as per packet instructions and set them aside.
Place the chopped chicken in a bowl and add the ginger, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, pepper, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside until needed.
Add all the chow mein sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Set aside.
Heat the frying pan or wok with oil on high heat. Fry the chicken until cooked through and set aside.
In a clean pan, fry the vegetables in oil - cabbage, bean sprouts and carrots. Set aside.
In a clean frying pan, add oil and fry the spring onions for 1 minute before adding the garlic, then fry for another minute. Add the egg noodles and mix through for 2 minutes. Add the chicken, veg, then the sauce and mix thoroughly until heated through and serve.
