Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 200 g Kale (Chopped)
  • 350 g Creme Fraiche
  • 1 tbsp Bouillion Powder (or stock powder)
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 400 g Pasta spirals
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as per packet instructions.
  • Fry the chopped onions with the oil in a large frying pan until soft then add the garlic. Add the fresh kale and reduce the heat and cook until wilted and soft.
  • Add the bouillon and creme fraiche and stir through. If it feels a bit thick add a little water to loosen it. Add salt and pepper then cover with a lid and simmer until your pasta is ready.
