Fry the chopped onion with the oilve oil until soft and browned, then add the garlic. Fry for 1 minute. Add the beef and pork mince and fry until meat is browned.
Add the ginger, cayenne pepper, bouillon powder, Worcestershire sauce and paprika and mix through.
Add the celery, green pepper and sundried tomatoes and fry for another 5 minutes.
Finally add the beansprouts, mix through until heated up then add the tamari sauce. Mix until every combined and serve. Enjoy!
