Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 70 g Semolina

Instructions
 

  • Bring the milk and butter to the boil. Add the sugar.
  • Slowly add the semolina and stir consistently until it starts the thicken. Simmer until you have the desired thickness. The longer you cook the thicker it will get.
  • Serve with your desired topping.
