- 175 g Soft Margarine (Melted)
- 225 g Caster Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 350 g Self-Raising Flour
- 100 g Chocolate Chips (or plain chocolate roughly chopped)

Preheat the oven to 180β/160βFan/350β/Gas 4. Line baking trays with baking paper.
Measure all the ingredients into a medium bowl and mix thoroughly until a smooth biscuit dough is formed.
Place large spoonfuls of the mixture well apart on the prepared baking trays and flatten slightly with back of spoon.
Bake in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes until golden brown and just firm to the touch. Cool on a wire rack, then store in an airtight container.
