Ingredients
  

  • 300 g Raw prawns (Peeled)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1 Egg White
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 Slices White Bread
  • 100 g Sesame Seeds
  • Vegetable Oil

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the prawns until it resembles a paste. Add the prawns, ginger, egg white, soy sauce, sugar and garlic to a bowl and mix well. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Take each piece of bread and spread over the mixture making sure you cover the edges.
  • Add the sesame seeds to a plate and press the bread onto the seeds, so they stick to the prawn mixture.
  • Heat about 2cm of oil in a wok or deep frying pan. When hot, shallow fry the bread for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden. Repeat the process to the other pieces of bread.
  • Cut into triangles and serve.
