A quick and easy 5 minute Garlic Mayo Sauce that is perfect for chicken wraps, burgers, sandwiches and dipping! Made with just 5 simple ingredients including mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt, fresh garlic and lemon juice, this creamy, garlicky sauce is incredibly versatile and lasts for up to 5 days in the fridge. Makes enough for 6-8 wraps!

6 tbsp Mayonnaise (half fat or full fat) 4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (fat free or full fat) 1 Garlic Clove (crushed) Juice of Half a Lemon Salt and Pepper to season

Add the mayonnaise, Greek yoghurt and crushed garlic to a small bowl.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
Add a good pinch of salt and pepper to season.
Mix everything together until fully combined and smooth.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Spread generously onto your wraps, add your favourite fillings such as cooked chicken, lettuce, tomato and cucumber, then wrap and enjoy!
