Instructions
Add the marinade to the pork, mix thoroughly and set aside.
Chop the veg and make the sauce in a bowl.
Cook the noodles per packet instructions and set aside.
Heat the pan/wok with the vegetable oil on medium to high heat and fry the spring onions and garlic for 1 minute and then add the broccoli, carrots and red pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the pork and cook until heated through.
Add the noodles and the chow mein sauce. Mix thoroughly and continue to cook until heated through and hot. Serve immediately.
