Ingredients
  

  • 1 Avocado
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream (or Plain Greek Yoghurt)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Dried Parsley
  • ½ tsp Dill (Fresh or dried)
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder (or granules)
  • tsp Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper (to season)

Instructions
 

  • In a food blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
    1 Avocado, ½ Cup Sour Cream, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Dried Parsley, ½ tsp Dill, ½ tsp Onion Powder, ⅛ tsp Salt, Ground Black Pepper
  • If you want more or a runny dressing add some milk, water or olive oil until you get the consistency you want.
  • Refrigerate the covered dressing for up to 5 days.
