- 1 Avocado
- ½ Cup Sour Cream (or Plain Greek Yoghurt)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp Dried Parsley
- ½ tsp Dill (Fresh or dried)
- ½ tsp Onion Powder (or granules)
- ⅛ tsp Salt
- Ground Black Pepper (to season)

In a food blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
1 Avocado, ½ Cup Sour Cream, 2 tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, ½ tsp Dried Parsley, ½ tsp Dill, ½ tsp Onion Powder, ⅛ tsp Salt, Ground Black Pepper
If you want more or a runny dressing add some milk, water or olive oil until you get the consistency you want.
Refrigerate the covered dressing for up to 5 days.
