A mouthwatering Spicy Salsa Pizza with a homemade sourdough crust, all made in an air fryer!

- 2 Sourdough Bread (preferably thick slices or a baguette cut in half.)
- 100 g Grated Cheese
- 3 tbsp Spicy Salsa
- 5 Sundried Tomatoes (from a jar in oil)
- Black Pepper (to season)
Spread the salsa over two slices of firm sourdough bread or thick slices of any other bread.
Chopped the sundried tomatoes and scatter on top of the salsa. Sprinkle with grated cheese and a little black pepper.
Bake in the air fryer for about 7 minutes at 200℃/400℉. Cook for longer if you want a more crispier bottom or toast the bread beforehand.
