Ingredients
  

  • 6 Boneless Pork Ribs
  • 1⅐ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • tsp Salt
  • tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • tsp Onion Powder
  • tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ cup Barbeque Sauce (to glaze)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 140℃ fan/160℃/325℉.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder.
  • Rub into the pork ribs and place in an oven-proof dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake in the oven for 2 to 2½ hours.
  • Remove from the oven-proof dish and place the ribs on a baking tray. Brush with BBQ sauce and place under a hot grill for 2 - 3 minutes or back in the oven for 3 minutes until the glaze is hot.
  • Serve with your favourite side dish.
