Ingredients
 
 

  • Cups Plain Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Butter or margarine (Melted)
  • Cup Nutella
  • 1⅓ Cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • Maple Syrup
  • Your favourite toppings

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl or jug add the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar and mix together.
  • In a seperate bowl or jug whisk the melted butter, nutella, eggs and milk.
  • Add the Nutella mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk together until smooth.
  • Grease the pan and set on a LOW heat. When the pan has heated up, pour a small amount of mixture in the pan and leave to cook for about 60 seconds or until bubbles start to form then flip over to the other side. Repeat until you have enough pancakes to serve.
  • Pour over with maple syrup (if using) and top with your favourite topping.
