  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic (crushed)
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Chopped mixed herbs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 Chicken Breasts

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Turn the chicken breasts in the marinade, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Place the marinated chicken breasts in the air fryer and set them to 180℃. Cook for 18 minutes, depending on the thickness of your chicken breasts. Turn halfway through cooking.
