  • RINSE - To begin, you'll want to make sure that you thoroughly rinse off the quinoa in cold water prior to cooking.
  • ADD WATER OR STOCK - After rinsing it off, you should add two parts of water or broth to one part of the quinoa. EXAMPLE: 1 cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water
  • BRING TO A BOIL - Bring up to a boil
  • SIMMER - Let these ingredients simmer away with a lid on until all of the liquid has been absorbed by the grain – usually 10-15 minutes.
  • FLUFF IT UP - Before serving up your quinoa dish, fluff it up with a fork for maximum flavour and enjoy!
