Instructions
Mix the flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add the warm water with the olive oil and mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes. You can also do this in a mixer using the dough hook..
Place the dough in a clean bowl, cover it with a damp tea towel or cling film, and leave it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 240°C (220°C fan)/465°F/gas mark 9
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape. Add your favourite toppings, such as tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, crushed garlic and fresh basil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
