Air Fryer Roast Pork With The Perfect Crackling

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1.4 kg Pork Joint
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Score the skin (the fatty part of the pork) with a sharp knife. Only cut through the fat and not the meat.
  • Pat dry the pork with paper towels to absorb excess liquid.
  • Smear the pork all over with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper with extra salt on the fat.
  • Place in the air fryer at 180°c and cook for 1 hour and 15 mins. Depending on the size of the pork. To check to see if it cooked through using a meat thermometer. The temperature should be at least 63°c.
