Ingredients
  

  • 2 Shallots (Finely chopped)
  • 30 g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock
  • 75 ml Dry White Wine
  • 3 tbsp Clear Honey
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Parsley (Finely chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the shallots in the butter until soft. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute.
  • Blend in the stock and wine. Boil and stir until thick.
  • Add the honey, vinegar and salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute. Push through a sieve and add the parsley.
