Easy Roast Chicken In The Air Fryer

Perfectly cooked roast chicken in the air fryer. You will not be disappointed! It's so good.

- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 1.7kg Whole Chicken
- 1 Onion (Peeled)
- 1 Sprig of Sage
Peel the onion and push it through the cavity of the chicken along with a sprig of sage.
Smear the olive oil all over the chicken and then sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken breast side down in the air fryer and set the temperature to 180°c/350°F and the timer for 1 hour. NO NEED TO PREHEAT.
Check the chicken to see if it is cooked through. Lift it out and cover with tin foil and let it rest for 10 minutes before carving. Enjoy!
