  • 240 g Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 Apple (Peeled and cored)
  • 1 tsp Flaxseed

Instructions
 

  • Blitz the flaxseeds in a blender then add the banana, milk and apple.
  • Blend until smoothie and serve in glasses. Enjoy!
