- 240 g Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 Apple (Peeled and cored)
- 1 tsp Flaxseed
Blitz the flaxseeds in a blender then add the banana, milk and apple.
Blend until smoothie and serve in glasses. Enjoy!
