Ingredients
  

  • Cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 Bananas
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Oat Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Egg

Optional Toppings

  • ½ Cup Blueberries
  • ¼ Cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Add the rolled oats and salt in the blender and whiz for a few seconds until it looks like flour.
  • Add the bananas, milk and vanilla extract and blitz again until it becomes a smooth batter. Finally add the egg and blitz just for 2 seconds until combined.
  • Add a little coconut oil to the pan on medium heat and pour the batter to form two small pancakes. Wait until the pancakes start to form bubbles then flip over with a spatula and cook for a minute.

Toppings

  • When you pour the batter onto the frying pan, add your chosen toppings at this stage before flipping over.
