Easy Homemade Green and Red Tomato Chutney

This sweet and savoury tomato chutney is the perfect way to preserve summer green and red tomatoes, and it's so easy to make!

- 2 Red Onions (Finely chopped)
- 500 g Mixed Colour Tomatoes (Roughly Chopped)
- 1 Red Chilli (Seeded and finely chopped)
- 75 ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 140 g Brown Sugar
- Salt and Pepper (to season)
Finely slice the onions and chilli and roughly chop the tomatoes.
Add everything to the pot and season with salt and pepper.
Bring to the boil and then simmer for 30 to 40 minutes until thick and jammy-like and transfer to hot sterilised jars. Leave to cool.
