Easy No Yeast Flatbreads

A no yeast and no dairy flatbreads that make them suitable for vegans. Perfect for wraps and currys and dips!

Ingredients
  

  • 325 g Plain Flour (All purpose)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 200 ml Water

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the centre. Add the water and oil in the middle and mix until it forms a dough. Cover and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, then heat the pan with a little oil.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to the size of your pan. When the pan is hot add the flatbread and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden, and it puffs up then flip over and cook the other side. Place on a warm plate and cover with a tea towel. Repeat the process for the rest of the flatbreads.
