The Ultimate Christmas Fudge No-Bake Recipe

Ingredients
 
 

  • 375 g Condensed Milk
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 450 g Dark Brown Sugar
  • 115 g Butter
  • 100 g Amareno Sour Cherries (Quartered)
  • Christmas Sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Line a 20cm square tin with baking paper.
  • Place all the ingredients into a saucepan and mix until everything is melted over a low heat.
  • Bring to the boil and stir continuously for 10 - 15 minutes. Take off the heat and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped cherries and beat the mixture until it loses its shine. This takes up to 10 minutes.
  • Press into a prepared tin, and spread evenly with the back of a spoon. Quickly add your sprinkles and lightly press them into the mixture. Leave to set in the fridge for about 2 hours before cutting into squares.
