Strawberries Dipped In Dark Chocolate

How to make strawberries dipped in chocolate. They look great, taste great and are perfect for parties!

Equipment

2 Small Glass Bowls to melt the chocolate

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Dark Chocolate
  • 50 g White Chocolate
  • 26 Strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or in a saucepan set over low heat.
  • Once the chocolate is melted, dip each strawberry into the chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  • Place the strawberries on a baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes. If your strawberries are already cold you don't have to refrigerate them as they will set really quick.
  • Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds.
  • Using a teaspoon scoop some melted white chocolate and let it run off the spoon, when you have a thin run going cover the strawberry to and fro to form a zig-zag effect. Leave to set and serve.
