Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp Horseradish (Grated)
  • 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 150 ml Whipping Cream
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Sugar (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the grated horseradish with the vinegar in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until thick. Fold the cream into the horseradish and add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and leave to chill until ready to serve.
