Ingredients
  

  • ½ White Firm Cabbage Finely Chopped
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 2 Celery Sticks, finely chopped
  • 1 Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 250ml Mayonnaise of choice
  • 3 tbsp Salad Cream
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Cayenne Pepper, pinch
  • Salt & Pepper to season

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop the white cabbage, celery and red onion. Grate the carrot and place all the vegetables in a bowl.
  • Mix the vegetables then add the mayonnaise and, salad cream, lemon juice and seasonings.
  • Mix thoroughly until all vegetables are covered and serve.
