Creamy coleslaw, the perfect addition to salads and quiches.

- ½ White Firm Cabbage Finely Chopped
- 1 Carrot, grated
- 2 Celery Sticks, finely chopped
- 1 Red Onion, finely chopped
- 250ml Mayonnaise of choice
- 3 tbsp Salad Cream
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- Cayenne Pepper, pinch
- Salt & Pepper to season
Finely chop the white cabbage, celery and red onion. Grate the carrot and place all the vegetables in a bowl.
Mix the vegetables then add the mayonnaise and, salad cream, lemon juice and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly until all vegetables are covered and serve.
