- 1 lb Minced Beef
- 1 tin Red Kidney Beans
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 2 med Onions
- 1 clove Garlic
- ½ tsp Hot Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2 tins Chopped Tomatoes
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
Heat the oil and add the onions and fry until softened.
Add the mince and fry until browned. Add the garlic and chilli powder and season to taste.
Add the flour and stir well. Add the tomato puree and tinned tomatoes. Bring to the boil and add the kidney beans and the Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
