Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Lettuce (Washed and dried)
  • 4 tbsp Plain Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tsp Horseradish Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 230 g Cooked, peeled Prawns

Instructions
 

  • Shred your lettuce and half fill your glasses or serving bowls.
  • Combine the mayonnaise with the yoghurt, ketchup, worcestershire and horseradish sauces and lemon juice.
  • Add the prawns and mix well. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Spoon equal amounts on top of your lettuce.
  • Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve with bread and butter.

Notes

For a bit more spice you can add a splash of Tabasco Sauce to give it an extra kick!
