Mayonnaise

Worcestershire Sauce

Cooked, peeled Prawns
Instructions
Shred your lettuce and half fill your glasses or serving bowls.
Combine the mayonnaise with the yoghurt, ketchup, worcestershire and horseradish sauces and lemon juice.
Add the prawns and mix well. Chill in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Spoon equal amounts on top of your lettuce.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and serve with bread and butter.

Notes
For a bit more spice you can add a splash of Tabasco Sauce to give it an extra kick!
