Ingredients
  

  • 1 lrg Cucumber (chopped)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
  • ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 250 g Fromage Frais
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 12 g Chives (Chopped)
  • 6 g Mint Leaves (Chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the garlic, lemon juice and fromage frais in a bowl.
  • Chop the cucumbers, put them in a colander and add the salt. Leave for 10 minutes.
  • Combine the fromage frais mixture, cucumbers, chives and mint. Serve in a bowl.
